Thanks Ronnie, for pointing out that I hadn’t updated this page in awhile. We’ve decided not to go with the Sierra system because, well, it’s expensive. Also, the Vision system was redundant and not very compatible with other systems. So, we’ve decided to go with the Blue Mountain EFIS/One as the Primary system, and the EFIS Sport as the backup, with their 2-axis digital autopilot. We’ve also decided to not install backup ‘steam’ gauges, and go all-electric. Finally, I’ll be putting in a certified GPS for approaches, and I’ve made my own annunciators out of Honeywell micro-switches. He’s my current plan.
