VOBA is the Velocity Owners and Builder’s Assocation, headquartered in Dayton.  There website is at velocityowners.com., and is really worth the subscription.  Not only do they throw a great dinner for the members at Oshkosh every year, but put out a nice full-color quarterly newsletter and represent us at the EAA Type Club meetings, and have a nice Wiki.
