Well, it’s time for our annual insurance renewal, which is never really fun, but has not typically been a big deal. We’ve been carrying hull insurance, which for the uninitiated is like comprehensive on a car, while we were doing our flight testing. This will likely be the last year we carry it, but surprisingly when the time came to renew we could not get any response from AUA, our carrier. Then the notes started on the Reflector. Apparently they were bought, and everyone was having trouble, and there was even talk of some underwriter’s refusing to work with them. We got a recommendation for SkySmith, and so we gave them a broker letter, and have been very pleased with their service so far.
