Here’s my current thinking about what our panel will look like. It’s still a bit rough, but you can see that we plan on going with the Sierra Flight Systems all glass EFIS-2000 hardware (check them out from our Links page). This is backed up by vacuum 2.25″ standard flight instruments. We’ve placed an all UPS/Apollo radio stack in the center with each pilot getting a MFD capable of display primary flight data, GPS moving map navigation, or weather data. The pilot in command gets the Vision Microsystems all glass engine and fuel management system. All of this is placed on a carbon fiber panel to improve contrast and night-lighting.
