So, I never really liked how the old glare shield fit my panel, and since I was making a new panel, I figure, “might-as-well” make a new custom shield too. My buddy Andy make one from last-a-foam, and it came out so nice I was jealous. I cut the foam to the approximate shape of the factory shield and then scored it on both sides so it would bend to conform to the factory shape.
