OK. So we’re fighting with the motor. My buddy Andy Millin has kindly offered us the use of his fuel servo, 1 magneto, and prop to do some testing with, and we will likely take him up on it. First, though, I’m going to check our LSE timing. Interestingly, I’ve just posted our dyno information (fax, Excel curves), and it turns out my EGT’s are not out of line for the power we’re generating. This puts the whole situation back under mystery, as I’d thought the low EGTs pointed towards the ignition being too advanced, and it now seems just as likely (again) that it’s a fuel flow issue.
