Here you can see me making the upholstery covers for the fuel vents that extend past the rear bulkhead. I just taped everything off, and made as smooth a outline as possible with the tape over the tubing. Then I laid 3 BID over the tape and let it cure out. They will be held down by the baggage tie downs and have a hardpoint in the false bulkhead.
