I’m almost done with my modifications to my plenum to improve the cooling air seal. I’m adding silicone everywhere, it seems. Along the way, I decided to see what the SE manual said in this regard, and I have to say, this is a picture that definitely should be in the XL manual.

Aside from that, it’s going well. I’m adding a small modification to my copilot runner, which hasn’t fit together quite as I would like since I split it to improve the firewall seal. Also, I think I’ll add some orange silicone baffle material to the oil door, which has a gap at the hinge line.
