So I’ve had a little bit of trouble with these Panasonic batteries not having quite enough guts for some of the panel testing I do. So I decided to try a larger capacity battery, in the same class, but this one is a 7.2 amp hour version. This should give us pretty good capacity in the event of a total electrical failure (recall that I can hook my main battery directly to the essential avionics as well). It’s probably overkill, but I don’t want Thunder Chicken’s screens to go dark. Ever. They’re just too pretty.
