I opted not to use the factory door seal, since I didn’t think theirs looked very robust, and I’d heard of a lot leaky Velocitys. I ended up getting seal from Avtek, and I really like it. It makes the airplane much quieter, and our hose test seems to indicate that they seal, but we’ll see when we fly through or leave the airplane out in the rain.
