I finally found the Nylon nut that Andy gave me at Oshkosh (it was still in my pocket, so it’s nice and clean) . We’ll use this to hopefully reduce our steering friction, but still maintain good anti-shimmy dampening. Also, you can see that I lost my mind, and have decided to go ahead and sand the wings back so we can properly match them to the strakes. The copilot wing is stripped back, and the pilot is a about half done. I hope to have the filling done this week, and hope to have the wheel pants and cowling finished and ready for paint by the end of the week.
